Materials and Construction
The shed panels are constructed from ribbed metal sheeting, running in vertical lines across the side and rear walls. The roof follows a gable (peaked) design with sloped panels on either side, and the structure includes a metal base frame along the bottom edge.
Doors and Access
The front of the shed has a single hinged door, framed in white, fitted with a horizontal sliding bolt latch for securing the door.
Ventilation

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans your shipment. We ship to the 48 contiguous states only, and we cannot deliver to PO Box, APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
Ride-on mowers and storage sheds ship by LTL freight on a pallet. The carrier calls you to book a delivery window, and the driver lowers the pallet to the kerb with a liftgate. The driver will not move it up your driveway, unpack it, assemble it or take the packaging away, so have two adults available. Inspect the pallet and write any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Covered: manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use — engine and motor failure, transmission and hydrostatic drive faults, pump head and unloader valve failure, deck cracking and spindle failure, welded frame separation, wiring and safety-interlock faults, and shed panel or frame defects.
Not covered: wear parts such as blades, belts, filters, spark plugs and nozzles; damage from stale fuel or fuel over 10% ethanol; running an engine without oil; running a pressure washer pump dry, freezing it, or feeding it hot water; commercial or rental use of residential-rated equipment; incorrect assembly, including an unanchored shed; impact, weather and rodent damage; unauthorized repairs and non-OEM parts; and cosmetic marks.
To claim, send your order number, the serial number from the data plate, and a short video of the fault. We acknowledge within 1 business day and, in most cases, ship the covered part free within 3–5 business days so the machine never leaves your property.

Peaulon does not assemble or install, and freight drivers do not unpack anything. Every product ships with a printed manual and hardware kit, and we can email you the assembly manual in advance if you want a local handyman to quote the job first.
Sheds need a level base, flat to within half an inch, at least the footprint of the shed, built as a concrete slab, treated timber frame or 4-inch compacted gravel pad — and anchored to it. Wind damage to an unanchored shed is not covered. Missing or defective hardware is replaced free within 30 days.
