About Us

Peaulon sells lawn mowers, ride-on mowers, pressure washers and storage sheds to homeowners across the United States, and ships them from our facility in Diamond, Ohio.

Why We Started

Buying outdoor power equipment online is harder than it should be. Two mowers sit side by side at nearly the same price, one lasts a decade and the other loses a deck spindle in the second season, and nothing on either listing tells you which is which. Specification sheets quote peak numbers instead of working ones. Shipping is quoted at checkout as free, then a heavy-item surcharge appears. A shed arrives on a pallet at the end of the driveway and nobody mentioned it would weigh six hundred pounds or that the driver would not move it an inch.

Peaulon started because we thought a store selling this category should be specific about all of it in advance: what the machine actually does, exactly when it will arrive, how it will arrive, what you have to do before you can start it, and what it will cost you if you send it back.

What We Sell

  • Walk-behind lawn mowers for lots up to about half an acre, where you want an even cut and a machine that starts every spring.
  • Ride-on mowers and lawn tractors for half an acre and up, where walking the same ground stops being reasonable.
  • Pressure washers for driveways, siding, decks, fencing and equipment, rated at pressures and flow rates we quote honestly rather than at peak.
  • Storage sheds for the machines, tools and seasonal gear that end up filling a garage.

We keep the catalogue narrow on purpose. Every model we list is one we would recommend to a neighbour with the same size lot.

How We Buy

Every unit comes from the manufacturer or an authorized US distributor, new and factory-sealed, with serial numbers intact and full US warranty cover. We do not buy liquidation stock, customer returns, open-box units or grey-market imports, and we do not resell anywhere except this site. The reasoning behind that, and how to verify a unit you have received, is on our Authorized Retailer & Authenticity page.

How We Ship

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time process the same business day. Processing takes one business day, transit takes two to four, and most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on every order, with no oversize surcharge and no charge for liftgate service on freight deliveries. Ride-on mowers and sheds travel by LTL freight, which works differently from a package, so we set out exactly what happens on our Freight Shipping Policy page rather than letting the truck be a surprise.

How We Support

Live chat is staffed 24 hours a day. Phone and email run Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. The people answering know the products, so a question about deck levelling, pump inlet flow or shed anchoring gets an answer rather than a link to a manual.

Most faults people report are not faults at all. A ride-on that will not start is usually a seat safety switch or a fuel valve. A pressure washer losing pressure is usually a garden hose that cannot supply the rated flow. We will work through that with you first, and if it really is a defect we will ship the part or the replacement free under the Warranty & Replacement policy.

What We Are Straight About

  • Returns cost money. Customers pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns, and we tell you the exact dollar figure before you ship anything back rather than after.
  • Freight delivery is curbside. The driver will not carry a shed into your yard, and we would rather you know that a week before the truck arrives.
  • Engines ship dry. You need oil and fuel on hand before first use, and starting an engine without oil is not a warranty claim.
  • If we damaged it, shipped the wrong thing, or sold you something faulty, it costs you nothing at all. No restocking fee, no return shipping, no argument.

Where We Are

Peaulon operates from 1688 N Pricetown Rd, Diamond, OH 44412. Northeast Ohio gets hard winters, heavy spring growth and enough snow load to test a shed roof properly, which is a reasonable place to be selling this category from.
